Kimberly
Originally from Southern Ontario, I made the move to Manitoba searching for bigger and fresher opportunities. Winnipeg is a vibrant and fun city and so far I haven't been disappointed! I am definitely an adventure seeker who loves a good challenge, is energetic and easy going and holds firm to the belief that life is absolutely what you choose to make of it.
My adventure in real estate sales began with a move from a successful career in hospitality. For many years I managed restaurants, helped organize and run events and even tended the occasional wedding bar. I am a graduate of Seneca College and Sir Sandford Fleming College with diplomas in Tourism/Hospitality and Culinary Management with a lot of focus on business management. Worlds of experience with people and working in the hospitality industry has prepared me well for the crazy business of real estate!
The transition to Real Estate sales went exceptionally well as strong work ethic, outstanding customer relations and attention to detail are crucial to both industries. I always look forward to applying knowledge, skills and a highly professional attitude to my career. I intend to maintain a standard of excellence and will offer my clients the same caring, honesty, and integrity that I would only expect for myself. My commitment to my business is number one, and I believe in putting my clients first.

I am a born and bred Manitoban who has lived and played all over my home province, from summers at the beach, rural communities, to urban settings, I have experienced it all. I eagerly anticipate what life, and the real estate market will throw my way next. My passion for real estate started young with my own foray into the world of buying, flipping and selling. Self employed for over 10 years, I find true satisfaction in turning one dollar into five and love doing that same thing for my clients.
I am a graduate of the University of Manitoba’s Sociology and Criminology program. Before my life as a REALTOR I spent many years working with Manitoba Corrections, helping the youth of today find their own independence and their own voice. When I was searching for a new challenge, real estate came as an obvious choice because of my own history already working in this industry for over 8 years.
My favourite thing about this business is the ever changing days, you never know what, or who, will cross your path next, and I find that exciting! As a highly versatile and on the go individual, this career is the perfect fit for me and I take that versatility and energy with me every day.
