  • MLXChange: More homes are sold through Realtors than any other medium.  Those homes are sold through exposure on MLS.  MLXChange is the Realtor version of MLS.  Remember that serious and qualified buyers work with agents, and both agents and buyers use MLS and MLXchange.

 

  • Unfortunately you only have one property to show a buyer, and today’s homes are bought by comparison.  This will give you the disadvantage because you are not familiar with the other homes on the market.
