We listed with her in late August 2023 and didn't have much luck initially, and she was very understanding about us not wanting to move in the winter, so ended up re-listing this spring. She had our house sold—for full list-price—in just two weeks! She's very experienced with representing both sellers and buyers, and it certainly shows. She's very professional, courteous, responsive, attentive, and is always prepared to answer any questions that we have. Our move was quite stressful because it was a cross country relocation with the military so there are some special factors involved. This was our first time selling a house and it couldn't have gone better. From the planning, to the cleaning and staging, to the scheduling of viewings, to dealing with the offers, Kimberly was in our corner the whole time. Kimberly took the time to answer all our questions (and there were many) and was always available when we needed her. Not only did she have excellent communication skills and was very professional, she was also super easy going and made us feel like we were all in this together. I would recommend her 100 times over, especially to anyone relocating with the military. It was totally bittersweet when things wrapped up because we will miss her and her team very much!

Constantly kept us informed and guided us through the process step by step. Always attentive and friendly.
