We had the pleasure of working with Kimberly Graham (and her assistant, Alanna) for the past couple months. Our move was quite stressful because it was a cross country relocation with the military so there are some special factors involved. This was our first time selling a house and it couldn't have gone better. From the planning, to the cleaning and staging, to the scheduling of viewings, to dealing with the offers, Kimberly was in our corner the whole time. Kimberly took the time to answer all our questions (and there were many) and was always available when we needed her. Not only did she have excellent communication skills and was very professional, she was also super easy going and made us feel like we were all in this together.
