Kim is so amazing to work with and very patient! We listed with her in late August 2023 and didn't have much luck initially, and she was very understanding about us not wanting to move in the winter, so ended up re-listing this spring. She had our house sold—for full list-price—in just two weeks! She's very experienced with representing both sellers and buyers, and it certainly shows. She's very professional, courteous, responsive, attentive, and is always prepared to answer any questions that we have. When we're looking at places, she's always on the lookout for anything notable about the property that we may need to consider, and she has reputable contacts for any jobs that may need to be done (e.g., plumbing, electrical, etc.). We had the pleasure of working with Kimberly Graham (and her assistant, Alanna) for the past couple months. Our move was quite stressful because it was a cross country relocation with the military so there are some special factors involved. This was our first time selling a house and it couldn't have gone better. From the planning, to the cleaning and staging, to the scheduling of viewings, to dealing with the offers, Kimberly was in our corner the whole time. Kimberly took the time to answer all our questions (and there were many) and was always available when we needed her. Not only did she have excellent communication skills and was very professional, she was also super easy going and made us feel like we were all in this together. I would recommend her 100 times over, especially to anyone relocating with the military. What is there to say about this Realtor? First, I want to say this is my first home purchase and I am so glad I chose Kimberly Graham. It took me 4 months to find a place where I could accommodate the size of my dog and that was within my budget.

How can I describe this incredible realtor….kind, caring, empathetic, full of heart, she makes you feel heard, works within your budget and other requirements. She really does want to hear what you have to say or what you are thinking! My wife and I were referred to Kimberly through our realtor in BC for a relocation move to AB. Kimberly was absolutely amazing. She is incredibly helpful, kind and understood our needs. We had an excellent experience with Ms Graham. Very communicative and knowledgeable regarding Edmonton real estate. Constantly kept us informed and guided us through the process step by step. Always attentive and friendly.
She was especially helpful to us as we don't live in Edmonton and she coordinated with all parties, buyer, condo board, repairman etc so that we were able to minimize trips to Edmonton.
We feel very fortunate to have had her as our agent and would not hesitate to recommend her to other clients.
